The New England Patriots are listing Jimmy Garoppolo as questionable against the Buffalo Bills.
Garoppolo is dealing with a shoulder injury suffered in Week 2. That led to Jacoby Brissett getting the start in Week 3, but he suffered a thumb injury that has him iffy to play this week. He was limited in practice all week, and it will be a game-time decision as to who starts at quarterback for New England.
This will be the final game that New England is without Tom Brady, who returns from his four-game suspension next week. Garoppolo figures to be the starter if healthy, and any quarterback in this offense is a worthy fantasy start.
Fantasy Impact: Even though Garoppolo was a fantasy stud in his two starts, this situation is far too murky to warrant starting him this week. It is possible Garoppolo is active, but Brissett ends up starting after he performed well in Week 3.
Unless you are hurting for a quarterback, keep any Patriots quarterback on your bench this week.
