Rob Gronkowski injury update: Patriots TE questionable vs. Bills

The Patriots have significant injury questions ahead of their matchup with the Bills.

The New England Patriots are listing Rob Gronkowski as questionable to play in Week 4 vs. the Buffalo Bills.

Gronkowski is still dealing with a hamstring injury sustained in training camp, which cost him over a month of action and two regular season games. He returned in Week 3, but failed to catch a pass or even draw a target.

The Patriots listed Gronkowski as being a limited practice participant all week, though they have been known to muddy the waters with injury and practice reports.

What hurts his value even more is Jacoby Brissett and Jimmy Garoppolo are also listed as questionable. That means wide receiver Julian Edelman could be the starting quarterback this week.

Fantasy Impact: This is going to be a tricky one to call that will be determined based on several factors. If Gronkowski and one of either Brissett or Garoppolo are active, start the All-Pro tight end.

As long as he has a true quarterback throwing him passes, his upside remains way too high to keep on your bench.
