Is this the week we start to see the Aaron Rodgers of old? For most of the season so far, we have seen Rodgers play like a shell of himself, which has been very disappointing for fantasy owners who drafted him high.
Heading into Week 7, Rodgers is the 14th-ranked QB in terms of scoring this season. Considering he was going as high as Round 2 in fantasy drafts, he has been very disappointing thus far.
It doesn’t help that the Packers are 3-2 and without their top two running backs for the foreseeable future. Then again, that could force Rodgers to air it out even more going forward and start producing the kinds of numbers a high-end QB1 should put up.
Fantasy Impact: Yahoo! ranks Rodgers as the seventh-best QB for Week 7. He faces a Chicago Bears defense allowing the seventh-fewest fantasy points to QBs over the past three games.
There is no question you will be keeping Rodgers in your starting lineup. Hopefully, you’ll start getting return on your investment this week.
