Hello friends. I'd like to take a few minutes of your time on this fine day to talk to you a little about something that's been on our minds a lot lately: NFL free agency. It's a very serious matter, not something to take lightly, and as you can see from the elbow patches on my tweed jacket, I don't.

This week I had the occasion to sit down with two of my colleagues, Messrs. Stephen White and Danny Kelly, two of our generation's finest football minds, on the regularly scheduled Onside Kick Family Hour NFL podcast.

Among the specific topics discussed:

  • Colin Kaepernick's future and the league-wide quarterback shuffle.
  • John Elway's sour grapes. And just how screwed are the Broncos right now?
  • Don't look now, but the Raiders are building a much better team that what we've grown accustomed to.
  • The Miami Dolphins ... WTF (to put it politely).

And many other critical questions from the first few days of the NFL's official offseason. Oh, and lots of cussin'.

You can listen above, or you can subscribe to our podcast on iTunes, if that's your sort of thing.
