It's been over a year since we helped a professional baseball team choose the name "Hartford Yard Goats." That was a fun time, but now we're all kind of used to them. They're just one creatively silly minor league team name out of dozens.

We need something fresh.

We need an entire alternate universe filled with new minor league teams.

Share your favorites in the comments, and perhaps we can work up some logos for them. Note that I got the Savannah Sand Rats with one, which is very, very close to a name that was actually in use for a while. This means the generator is becoming self-aware. Be nice to the generator.
