You have 1.92 seconds to watch the world’s fastest pit stop, then it’s over

Formula 1 pit stops are some of the most impressive choreography in sports. Heck, all pit stops are — but this one by Williams at the Grand Prix of Europe takes the cake. From start to finish it lasted just 1.92 seconds.

The stop ties two other stops for the fastest ever. Williams also set a mark of 1.92 seconds with Felipe Massa. Red Bull also hit 1.92 seconds in 2013 at the United States Grand Prix with Mark Webber.

To demonstrate just how fast 1.92 seconds is I tried to type the words “pit stop” as fast as I could.

It took 1.04 seconds. Which means, in less than twice the time it look me to type seven letters, Williams was able to change four tires.
