Watch out for the United States women's field hockey team, which is upsetting everyone

In their first two games, the Americans have beaten two of the world's top three.

The American women's field hockey team is now 2-0 in the Summer Olympics, having dispatched higher seeds Argentina and now Australia in its first two games in Rio. Here's video of America's 2-1 win against the Aussies on Monday:

The United States is ranked fifth in the world, but that didn't stop Team USA from beating No. 2 Argentina 2-1 on Saturday. And it didn't stop the Americans from handling the No. 3 Aussie team on Monday.

The stars and stripes are leading Group B and looking like a strong bet to advance to the tournament's knockout stage. The top four teams from each of the tournament's two pools advance to an eight-team quarterfinal, and the United States is mostly assured of being one of those teams. Australia, now 0-2, is in some danger.
