Jacksonville Jaguars rookie cornerback Jalen Ramsey has made a name for himself off the field so far this season by running his mouth about veteran opponents.
This week, Ramsey’s target was Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith.
"He came up to me, saying some disrespectful stuff," Ramsey said of Smith. "The game’s over with, and you’re still mad because I was locking you up?"
Safe to say Jalen Ramsey and Steve Smith are not going to be friends.

A reporter asked if Ramsey thought he had been able to get into Smith’s head.
"What do you think?" Ramsey said. "You tell me."
Ramsey capped off his statements on Smith by taking a shot at Smith’s age.
"He’s an old man acting like that," Ramsey said.
Smith has never been one to shy away from conflict, and he wasn’t terribly impressed with the rookie defender’s statements.

This exchange between Ramsey and Smith continues the former's trend of calling out established veterans after Jacksonville losses. Following the Jaguars' Week 1 loss to the Green Bay Packers, Aaron Rodgers was the target of Ramsey’s ire.
For all of Ramsey's talk, the Jaguars didn't manage to beat the Packers or the Ravens. After Sunday's 19-17 loss to Baltimore, Jacksonville remains winless so far this season.
