Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 4: Arian Foster out vs. Bengals

Another year, another injury-plagued season for Arian Foster.

The Miami Dolphins have ruled out Arian Foster for their Thursday Night Football matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.

It comes as no surprise for the talented but injury-prone running back, who is dealing with a groin injury. That led to him missing Week 3 vs. the Cleveland Browns, and it will cost him at least one more game as he sits out Week 4.

Foster’s latest injury may keep him sidelined into October, which has many fantasy owners wondering if he is still worth a roster spot.

Fantasy Impact: While Foster is out, Miami has a committee of running backs that includes Jay Ajayi, Isaiah Pead, Damien Williams, and Kenyan Drake. None of those guys are worth playing at this point, which makes Foster someone you should keep on your roster for the time being.

As injury-prone as Foster has been, he is still by far the best back on this roster, and he will be in for a nice workload once he returns.
