Josh Doctson limited at practice, has little fantasy value

We break down the fantasy implications of Josh Doctson being limited in Wednesday’s practice.

Josh Doctson continues to inch closer towards a return, but Week 1 may be too soon. Doctson was limited to individual drills at Wednesday's practice, according to Washington Post reporter Mike Jones.

This comes after Doctson had his first full NFL practice on Monday. He is still recovering from an Achilles tendon injury that kept him from even running for three months. That kind of rust will be hard for Doctson to kick off anytime soon, so do not expect him to play in Week 1 vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Washington also has no reason to rush him back with wide receiver already being one of this team’s strengths.

Fantasy Spin: Until Doctson can get some game action in, he remains irrelevant in fantasy football. He is too far behind DeSean Jackson, Pierre Garcon, Jamison Crowder and Ryan Grant to get significant snaps as soon as he is cleared to play.
