Alshon Jeffery guarantees he'll win a Super Bowl next season, but doesn't say for which team

That’s a bold statement.

The Chicago Bears season has ended, and it probably couldn’t have come quick enough for a team that’s had seemingly endless injuries and a poor 3-13 record.

Alshon Jeffery was one of the handful of good things that happened to the Bears this season. He finished the season with 52 receptions, 821 receiving yards, and two touchdowns in 11 games. It wasn’t the best season of his career by any means, but based on everything bad that went on around him, it’s a decent year.

After their game against the Vikings on Sunday, Jeffery had some great optimism for next season:

Now, Jeffery isn’t guaranteed to be with the Bears next season. He was playing this season on the franchise tag, and the team never signed him to a long-term deal. He’s set to be a free agent, so technically “we” might not mean the Bears.

Either way, Jeffery is one confident individual. Whether that’s he ends up in a better situation, or expects the Bears to have a turnaround rarely seen.
