Washington and the Cowboys hadn’t put on much of an offensive show on Thursday night, but Dak Prescott and Dez Bryant connected for a beauty of a touchdown to begin the fourth quarter.
Prescott threw the ball up to Bryant — who unfortunately didn’t have Josh Norman on him — and he caught the ball at its peak, making Bashaud Breeland look tiny.
Coming into the game, Bryant had four touchdown receptions on the season. Before this one, he hadn’t had one since Week 7 against the 49ers.
Bryant’s score put his team up 24-7, giving Dallas a bit of a cushion as it tried to keep its playoff hopes alive.
Prescott has received criticism for not finding Bryant often enough since he became quarterback, but this play was perfect by both players.
