New York City Marathon 2017 live stream: How to watch the race online

We have all you need to know to watch the New York City Marathon for 2017.

The New York City Marathon is here, and some of the best distance runners in the world will converge on the city for one of the best races on the calendar. Mary Keitany, Edna Kiplagat, Meb Keflezighi and a stacked field for both the men and women are expected.

Saturday’s action begins at 8:30 a.m. ET with the Professional Wheelchair Division, with television coverage beginning bright and early at 7 a.m. on ESPN2 nationally and ABC7 locally. Live streaming of the marathon can be found at WatchESPN on web browsers and connected smart devices.

After the Wheelchair Division, the Achilles Handcyle Category will go at 8:52 a.m. Professional Women will then take off at 9:20 a.m. Professional Men will go at 9:50 a.m., followed closely by the first wave of other competitors. The second wave will go at 10:15 a.m., the third at 10:40 a.m. and the fourth at 11 a.m.
