WHAT. IN. THE. WORLD. JUST. HAPPENED.
A USL game between the OKC Energy and Sacramento Republic was home to the best trick shot. Each feat in this play is more impressive than the other. It begins with a player throwing inbounds, but he gets fancy with it and does a flip with the ball right before. And he doesn’t gently toss it to the pitch.
He launches that thing right to one of his teammates, who apparently saw his moves and needed to top it. And he does! He delivers an incredible bicycle kick for the game’s only goal. Even after describing it step by step, I can’t believe it actually went down the way it did.
I literally can’t even.
