NBA agent Andy Miller's computer confiscated by FBI amid college basketball scandal

Miller represents dozens of NBA players.

NBA agent Andy Miller of ASM Sports, who represents Kyle Lowry, Serge Ibaka, Kristaps Porzingis, Myles Turner, among many others, had his computer confiscated by the FBI, according to ESPN’s Jeff Goodman, amid a college basketball corruption scandal on Tuesday. Miller previously employed Christian Dawkins, who on tape told coaches, “If we take care of everybody, we control everything. You can make millions off one kid.”

Dawkins was terminated from ASM Sports in May, after it was discovered that he was using an NBA player independent from the agency’s credit card to rack up Uber charges worth approximately $42,000.

Multiple schools, including assistant coaches from Auburn, Oklahoma State, and Arizona, and more are reportedly involved in the case which alleges bribery for bringing recruits to certain institutions. Louisville is another major school thought to be at the heart of the scandal.

Head coach Rick Pitino released this statement through his lawyer:

Adidas executive Jim Gatto was also arrested this morning. This scandal runs deep.
