Chasing Cinderella: 2013 March Madness Midwest Region Breakdown

It's time to fill out your brackets, and SB Nation has your complete coverage and commenatary on this year's field. After the release of the bracket Sunday evening, Dan Rubenstein sat down with Coach Nick Hauselman of BBallBreakdown and Rob Manganaro of SB Nation to talk through the tournament, region by region. Here's what the gents had to say about the Midwest Region.

As you fill out your office pools, the SB Nation Studio crew is here to help you with special regional breakdowns for the 2013 NCAA Tournament. This time, Dan Rubenstein, Nick Hauselman and Rob Manganaro break down Midwest regional action that starts with the top-seeded Louisville Cardinals.

The Cardinals' tremendous guard play and overall talent make them the team to beat, but they face stiff competition from Ryan Kelly and Mason Plumlee at Duke at the No. 2 seed. In addition, Michigan State, Memphis, Oklahoma State and St. Louis all have reasons to believe they can exceed expectations and make the Final Four.

If you're looking for upset possibilities, Oregon is fresh off of a Pac-12 tournament win. In addition, Cincinnati could upend Creighton and Valpo, at No. 14, could be a spoiler. Then again, at this time of year, anything goes. Make sure to watch the Midwest breakdown before shelling out any money in your office pool.
