Today is March 16, 2014, and that's significant for a few reasons:
- The NCAA Tournament's field of 68 is announced today at 6 p.m. ET, and
- It's the year 2014, and you can watch just about anything online.
The Selection Sunday special is broadcast on CBS, but it will also be available to stream online at March Madness Live, either on your computer's browser or on an app available for free download for your iOS, Android or Windows device.
The show begins with the revelation of the four No. 1 seeds, headlined by the likely No. 1 overall Florida Gators, and then the field of 68 will be unveiled region-by-region.
The Wichita State Shockers, another likely No. 1 seed, are the first team since 1991 to enter the NCAA Tournament undefeated. The Missouri Valley Conference champions finished 34-0 and have not lost since April 6, 2013, when they relinquished an 11-point lead in the Final Four and lost 72-68 to the eventual champion Louisville Cardinals.
Start time: 6 p.m. ET
