Dayton has made the NCAA tournament each of the last three years. The Flyers are one of the front-runners in the Atlantic-10 once again this season. This is a proud program under Archie Miller, but even proud programs can have their moments of shame.
That’s what happened on Tuesday against St. Joseph’s (Indiana). Dayton botched three layups or dunks within a nine-minute span and the visual evidence is glorious:

What ... how ... we’re not even sure how that happens. As for the missed dunks:

I'm starting to think this team will have to run laps or something if they actually finish a dunk pic.twitter.com/nZ0ER75jQI

All in a nine-minute span! Get some sleep, Dayton. You look tired.
For what it’s worth, Dayton is still won 91-59. This just won’t be on the highlight reel at season’s end.
UPDATE: A fourth!
hey maybe we should stop trying to dunk because its obviously not working pic.twitter.com/FRfrmovcPq
