Villanova won the national championship on a buzzer-beating 3 by Kris Jenkins

Kris Jenkins made one of the most memorable shots in NCAA Tournament history, and Villanova is your national champion.

The national championship game came down to the team with the last shot. Fortunately for Villanova, that shot went to Kris Jenkins.

The Villanova forward hit the game-winning jumper as time expired to give the Wildcats the national championship over North Carolina at the buzzer. The shot followed Marcus Paige's equally incredible game-tying three.

There's been a lot of memorable national championship games, but it's hard to remember one with a better ending. Kris Jenkins, meet the history books. You will be hearing about that shot for a long time.
