2014 LB Jamardre Cobb talks The Opening and recruiting

The highly regarded California linebacker talked with SB Nation Recruiting about what's going on with him on the recruiting trail.

Jamardre Cobb recorded 115 tackles and five forced fumbles as a junior at Los Angeles (Calif.) Salesian and also ran for five touchdowns to earn All-CIF honors. The 6-2, 220 pound linebacker has 20 offers including Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, Cal, Florida State, Miami (Fla.), Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Washington State and Wisconsin.

Cobb named a top three of Arizona, Florida State, Oklahoma, but said that he still needs to take visits to see the Sooners and Seminoles. He didn't set an exact date, but look for Cobb to announce his commitment before the season starts.
