Under Armour All-American linebacker Dontavious Jackson is choosing between Texas, Michigan, Oklahoma, UCLA, LSU, Florida State and Florida, and discusses what he's enjoyed about the recruitment and visits to each school.
SB Nation national recruiting analyst Bud Elliot caught up with Jackson as he discussed his fall visits and what he's enjoyed, particularly UCLA having "some of the baddest cheerleaders ever" and the experience on the field at Michigan Stadium. Jackson noted in particular that Jim Harbaugh "loves Texas players," and that he's not worried about any of the rumors surrounding Charlie Strong's job security at Texas.
Jackson passes on tipping his hand on what hats will be on the podium for his final selection, but noted that he would take a few more unofficial visits in January back to multiple schools, including Florida State, Texas, LSU and Michigan. Jackson ranks as the fifth inside linebacker in the class of 2016, and the 122nd overall in the 247 Sports composite.
