We might not all realize it yet, but this could be the best TV schedule of the 2012 college football season. While we've seen weeks with bigger games, Week 5 saw all the headliners bunched right up against each other. Other weeks have lacked ranked-vs.-ranked battes. Week 7 has big games, big rivalries and a little breathing room between all the most important stuff.
South Carolina-LSU is the most critical game, with the No. 3 Gamecocks putting their weak road reputation on the line in college football's toughest house. Oklahoma-Texas will forever be the biggest game no matter what else is going on, however, with bragging rights and so many fried things on the line. And College GameDay is in South Bend, where the unbeaten Irish also have a claim to the national championship race with Stanford up.
