The top four teams in the Harris Interactive College Football Poll remained unchanged in Week 11, with each of the top four teams receiving a similar number of votes that they received last week. The Harris Poll, which is voted on by former coaches, players and administrators as well as current and former members of the media, is a component in the final BCS Standings.
The Alabama Crimson Tide remained No. 1 in the rankings, collecting 108 of the possible 115 first place votes. The Oregon Ducks picked up six first place votes, giving them 2,735 points while the Kansas St. Wildcats received one first place vote and have 2,664 points.
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish remain No. 4 in the poll after receiving an upset scare at home from the Pittsburgh Panthers. The No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs, No. 6 Florida St. Seminoles and No. 7 Florida Gators each jumped one position in the Harris Poll, while the LSU Tigers fell three spots in the poll to No. 8 after their loss to Alabama. The No. 9 Clemson Tigers and No. 10 Louisville Cardinals stayed in the same positions to round out the top ten.
