College football TV schedule, Week 11: Texas A&M-Alabama, Kansas State-TCU the must-watch games
Call it hey-who-invited-these-guys Saturday. The nation's top two teams, Alabama and Kansas State, get tough tests from teams still on their first years in their new conferences. Follow @SBNationCFB
Four of the nation's top five college football teams are on the road, the top two teams have serious challenges, and a trip to the Rose Bowl could be just about on the line. It's college football weekend! We only get like four more of them from here on out! HELP!
The two biggest games of the day, No. 15 Texas A&M at No. 1 Alabama and No. 2 Kansas State at TCU, bring together national title contenders and new additions to their respective conferences. If the new guys play spoiler, things could get awkward in a hurry. And make no mistake: spoiling could be played in each of those games.
Elsewhere, No. 11 Oregon State and No. 14 Stanford battle (with the loser certainly out of this year's very confusing Rose Bowl race), No. 7 LSU tries to restore its momentum against No. 21 Mississippi State, and -- prediction time -- somebody from among No. 3 Oregon, No. 4 Notre Dame, No. 5 Georgia and No. 9 Louisville is gonna come very close to falling on the road against an outgunned opponent. And it won't be Oregon at Cal. Let's be serious.
