When the College GameDay crew rolls into Clemson this weekend for their showdown with Florida State, Bill Murray will be the celebrity guest picker of the week ... or at least Twitter accounts that appear to belong to his sons (one of whom attends Clemson) say so. (HT Tigernet.)

When Bill asks me if I want to go to Clemson because he's guest picking it had better be rhetorical

Murray has been spotted at Clemson tailgates before and has plenty of ties to the South Carolina area. He is the co-owner of the Charleston RiverDogs, the Class-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. He's also an avid golfer and has (of course) starred in a handful of classic sports films, including Caddyshack, Kingpin and Space Jam.
ESPN has not confirmed he will be the celebrity picker for Saturday morning. The show begins at 9 a.m. ET with Murray likely coming on to make his picks around 11:45.
