Alabama continues its run atop the polls after beating Tennessee at home, 45-10, which looks similar to the scores turned in by Oregon, Florida State, Ohio State, and Baylor. The top of the rankings will likely hold steady all day long, while the bottom half of the top 10 should continue to see plenty of shakeup.

The new Coaches Poll, the first poll to be released Sunday:

Missouri, which ranked No. 5 in the BCS last week, fell at home to South Carolina. How far it tumbles in the BCS remains to be seen, but its small slip in the Coaches is our first indication.

Hey, we finally joined Facebook!

Outside of a few upsets, most of the top 25 stayed relatively static. Missouri and Texas Tech fell from the ranks of the unbeaten and also tumbled out of the top 10. UCLA fell a few spots after hanging with Oregon for three quarters but ultimately getting blown out. Virginia Tech's loss to Duke caused it to drop out, and Nebraska falls out of the polls following its loss to Minnesota.

We'll update this story as soon as the Coaches and Harris polls are released. Also, check back here right after 8:30 p.m. ET for the new BCS standings.
