Arkansas State has modeled itself the Boise State of the South. If they could stop losing head coaches at some point, they might just get there. The size of their potential drop-off in 2013 will tell us a lot.

Welcome Georgia State to the party
If you could build a mid-major FBS program from scratch, you would probably choose to base it in Atlanta. Georgia State is going to be pretty awful in 2013, but it is a program worth watching as it gets its footing.
