Alabama Lite

High(ish) expectations for Franchione

Welcome Georgia State to the party
If you could build a mid-major FBS program from scratch, you would probably choose to base it in Atlanta. Georgia State is going to be pretty awful in 2013, but it is a program worth watching as it gets its footing.
