Ohio State is debuting some new black uniforms for Saturday's game against Penn State, and they had to act quickly to avoid a pretty significant embarrassment.
When the Buckeyes came onto the field for pregame warmups, star receiver/former quarterback Braxton Miller's name was misspelled on his jersey (see above).
Fortunately, someone in Columbus acted quickly and fixed it before the game started, resulting in a proper spelling.
Whew. That was a close one.
This actually isn't the first time teams have had to move quickly to make sure their uniforms are properly stitched. During the 2013 Iron Bowl, Auburn actually brought out a sewing machine on the sidelines.
