Iowa State coach Paul Rhoads announced to the media that Mark Mangino is out as offensive coordinator. However, he has yet to tell his players, because he wants to "look them in the eye" when he does it.
Rhoads said he hasn't told the team yet about Mangino. He wants to "look them in the eye" and tell them in person at a 1:30 meeting.
