'One hell of a man:' Minnesota players react to Jerry Kill's retirement on Twitter

"One of the greatest men I've ever met."

Minnesota head coach Jerry Kill announced his retirement Wednesday due to medical concerns, stepping away after five years with the Gophers and an ongoing battle with epilepsy. Kill called the decision the "toughest thing that I've ever done in my life."

The coach made an incredible impact on his players while in the Twin Cities, and past, present and future Gophers all took to Twitter to express their many feelings and wish Coach Kill the best.
