If the season ended right now, your College Football Playoff would be Oklahoma, Bama, TCU and ...

The official College Football Playoff committee hasn't even met yet, which is bad news, because the season ended today. Yep! Here's the Playoff!

Bill Connelly and Steven Godfrey join Ryan Nanni to explain their rankings and why they're intentionally biased against your team.

We also have the following thoughts from Spencer Hall and Jason Kirk:

Jason Kirk

Oklahoma is my No. 1 because I have overrated West Virginia in my mind and refuse to accept the idea that maybe blowing out a Georgia Southern using its backup QB and a Maryland using a Maryland QB isn't that big of a deal. The Sooners' Tennessee escape was slightly more impressive than Florida's or Arkansas', per my VolORP statistical ratings.

Also this allows me to pretend Alabama and its hideous transitive loss isn't the actual best team so far.

Spencer Hall

I don't want to do this. I don't. Oh God, I do not want to do this, or put expectations on a Florida team with an offense held together with matchsticks and scotch tape.

But if we're honestly ranking resumes and value or any of our early estimates of value, beating Ole Miss, who beat Alabama, and doing it in thunderous fashion counts for something. I regret this already.
