Baylor vs. Oklahoma State 2015 odds: Bears, Cowboys pegged as pick'em

New, comments

Oklahoma State hopes to remain the only undefeated team in the Big 12 this Saturday with a win at home in a pick'em against the Baylor Bears.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are 13-3 straight up and against the spread in their last 16 games against the Baylor Bears. The Cowboys can inch closer to a Big 12 title with another win over the Bears this Saturday in Stillwater.

The spread for this game in Oklahoma is going off as a pick'em at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. Baylor was a 33-point favorite in last year's game against Oklahoma State at Baylor.

Surviving letdown games is key to an undefeated season, and Oklahoma State did just that with a 35-31 road win over Iowa State last Saturday.

Coming off a 49-29 upset win over TCU and likely looking ahead to this week's game, Oklahoma State came out flat and trailed 24-14 at the half. But with a second half comeback including 14 fourth quarter points, the Cowboys moved to 10-0 SU and 6-4 ATS on the season.

Oklahoma State is 8-4 SU and 9-3 ATS in its last 12 games played in November per the OddsShark College Football Database.

Bears vs. Cowboys OddsShark Matchup Report

The Baylor Bears suffered their first loss of the season last Saturday night at the hands of the Oklahoma Sooners, falling at home 44-34.

Oklahoma did an excellent job of containing wide receiver Corey Coleman, who had just three catches for 51 yards and no touchdowns after averaging 147.3 yards per game and 2.5 touchdowns per game in Baylor's previous eight games.

Now the Bears must try to bounce back on the road, where they are 6-14 SU in their last 20 November road games.

Saturday's total is set at 78 points. The OVER is 11-4 in Oklahoma State's last 15 November home games and 5-2 in the last seven games between these two teams at Oklahoma State.

Baylor's Jarrett Stidham has played well in relief of Seth Russell, but the offense has definitely lost a step since the team's starting quarterback went down.

With home field advantage, the better defense in this matchup and a healthy offense, Oklahoma State should be able to secure the victory to set the stage for a huge game against Oklahoma next week.
