Air Force's nearly impossible turnaround
Air Force's 2014 turnaround was massive and unexpected, and while the Falcons probably won't threaten 10 wins again, they should at least maintain energy to the tune of another bowl bid.

Hawaii has won just eight games in three years under Norm Chow. A brutal early schedule could make Chow's seat awfully hot, but an improved team could rack up the wins late if confidence isn't shaken.

Craig Bohl knew what he was getting into when he took the Wyoming job, and while the offense should keep the Cowboys in some games, Bohl is stil a couple of years away from getting this defense to where it needs to be.

UNLV hired a high school coach. Why not?
UNLV thought outside the box in hiring head coach Tony Sanchez, who turned a local high school into a national powerhouse. While it might pay off down the line, nothing is going to save the Rebels in 2015.
