College football final scores, fun stuff and more, updated for all of Saturday

Check back here for more as Saturday rolls on!

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

No. 3 Alabama 35, No. 20 Wisconsin: You've seen this game before. Alabama ran all over somebody, looked mean on defense, and broke in a new quarterback who did fine. If you need a visual, just watch Cam Robinson plowing a Badger all the way off the field. Next. [Recap]

No. 6 Auburn 31, Louisville 24: The Tigers won the afternoon's marquee game, yes, and Will Muschamp's defense looked great for stretches. The thing people will be talking about, though, is UofL coach Bobby Petrino's mystifying decision to waste a timeout toward the end, which allowed Auburn to run the clock almost all the way out. [Recap]

No. 13 UCLA 34, Virginia 16: Five-star freshman QB Josh Rosen lived up to the hype in his debut, and that's no small praise; UVA has a decent defense with talent. "J-Chosen" put up 352 yards and three touchdowns, with no picks. Another breakout: 310-pound Kenny Clark makes the Piesman Trophy candidates list. [Recap]

Texas A&M 38, No. 15 Arizona State 17: The Aggies, favored by three points, exploded in what was barely a neutral-site venue (Houston), led by young talent like receiver Christian Kirk (look at him dazzle!), quarterbacks Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray, and DE Myles Garrett, who almost appeared to be lining up in ASU's backfield at times. [Recap]

Northwestern 16, No. 21 Stanford 6: The first ranked team to lose, the first major upset at the power-conference level, and the latest sign that the David Shaw era for the Cardinal is ... concerning. All in front of not many fans and maybe some geese! (Also, Desmond Howard's national title pick is probably already wrong.) [Recap]

Temple 27, Penn State 10: The Temple Owls put up 10 sacks and beat PSU for the first time since 1941Former Penn State players are furious, and here's a GIF of a two-man rush beating six PSU blockers. We have a situation. [Recap]

No. 7 Oregon 61, Eastern Washington 42: New Ducks QB Vernon Adams lit up his former team, and as you can see, his former team returned plenty of fire. A defining moment: Adams had to leave the game after taking a cheap shot. [Recap]

No. 8 USC 55, Arkansas State 6 [Recap]

No. 9 Georgia 51, ULM 14: That doesn't matter much, but this UGA man huddling in a doghouse with Uga during a rain delay does. [Recap]

No. 10 Florida State 59, Texas State 16 [Recap]

No. 11 Notre Dame 38, Texas 3: So bad, even Longhorn legend Jordan Spieth was cracking on Texas and a Texas lineman punched an Irish man mid-blowout. [Recap]

No. 14 LSU vs. McNeese State was canceled due to lightning.

No. 16 Georgia Tech 69 (nice), Alcorn State 6 [Recap]

No. 18 Arkansas 48, UTEP 13 [Recap]

No. 19 Oklahoma 41, Akron 3 despite these kangaroo helmets. [Recap]
