That GIF shows Temple, an AAC team that hadn't beaten PSU since 1941, rushing just two players and sacking Christian Hackenberg, who's protected by a Big Ten offensive line, technically. He was later sacked some more, hitting 10 sacks for the game.
Picture that sort of thing for three hours after a full season of it a year ago, and you get what all the fuss is about.
