This dude is my new favorite South Carolina fan, hands down. The Gamecocks were able to knock off No. 18 Tennessee, 24-21, on Saturday night, bringing their record to 4-4 on the season.
Following the victory in Williams-Brice Stadium, one particularly excited Gamecock fan decided to rush the field. Fortunately, he was smart enough to film the whole thing, which makes for one amazing selfie video. He also informed us that following his actions, he is banned from the rest of South Carolina’s home games against Missouri and Western Carolina.
So I stormed the field and got kicked out of the rest of our home games but took a video of me doing it pic.twitter.com/u9uaeq5tCP

Shoutout to this dude for capturing this amazing selfie video that you can’t help but smile at.
The game doesn’t necessarily change anything for the Gamecocks in terms of SEC East implications. But it does make Tennessee’s hopes of making it to Atlanta look almost entirely dead with Florida’s two-game lead in the division. It also brings SC head coach Will Muschamp’s record against Tennessee to 5-0 — he beat the Vols during all four of his years as Florida’s head coach.
As for this game itself, South Carolina managed to either lead or tie UT throughout the entire game. The Gamecocks went into halftime with a 14-7 lead, and scored 10 points in the second half while letting the Vols score just a couple touchdowns to hold onto the 24-21 victory.
Freshman quarterback Jake Bentley, who made his first-ever start last week against UMass, had a pretty impressive night, going 15 of 20 passing for 167 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
We salute you, South Carolina field stormer.
