College coaches like to share memes and Photoshops and GIFs and videos on social media. They do this because recruits like to look at those things.

PSU is one of the Big Ten's best recruiters, so it does require talent, yeah. You get what it was going for, though. Something about hard work being more important than talent, and all that stuff.
