Hello, college football awards are starting to put out their annual preseason watch lists. You'll see headlines like, "One of the many awards for interior linemen has listed 67 linemen who could theoretically have good seasons." And there are soooo many of these awards.
These things include dozens of player names and have no bearing whatsoever on who actually wins the award in December. This is the most meaningless milestone of the college football offseason. It's special and wonderful.
