Stanford's offensive line is a modern marvel – a group of behemoths that has turned line play into an art form and literally inspires Shakespearean love letters from enthralled college football fans. So this, really, was an outrage.
That's Washington's Joe Mathis doing a really serious demolition of Stanford right tackle Casey Tucker, who also got away with holding on the way down. This play was one of many pressures UW got on Stanford QBs early on, which Bill Connelly wrote about as a major key to this game.
This will come up in both players' respective film rooms this week, I'd wager.
