On Sunday, No. 2 Penn State beat No. 1 Oklahoma State in wrestling. After the big victory for the Nittany Lions, PSU football coaches and players decided to rock singlets to support the win.

Yes, that’s head coach James Franklin in the middle wearing a singlet. PSU’s decision to wear these looks like it was actually inspired by Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy.
He was the first to don a wrestling singlet and had posted this video to garner support for the big match, which was in Stillwater.

“We need a butt in every seat to make Gallagher the rowdiest arena in the country,” Gundy urges his fellow Pokes. It’s good to see inter-sport camaraderie.
Take in all that is Gundy making his overture. While wearing an orange wrestling singlet:

Gundy’s had a remarkable year of being on the cutting edge of all aspects of personal appearance, and this only furthers his dominance. The main attraction, of course, is his wonderful mullet, which his son almost made him cut but thankfully didn’t.

Kudos to both of these programs showing support to their fellow sports teams.
