Park, previously a Georgia signee who bounced around a little before landing with the Cyclones, has been working on this mane for a while. He played 10 games for ISU in 2016 and is off to a hot start in 2017.

And again in 2016:
Jacob Park’s high school game film showed it, but before Iowa State offensive coordinator Tom Manning could believe in the right arm that made Park one of the most sought-after recruits in the country two years ago, Manning had to see it for himself — in person.
“You just never know,” Manning said, referencing the difference between how a player can look on tape compared to in person. “Then you watch him and you’re like, woah.”
Despite not playing in a game in two years — after transferring from Georgia and sitting out a season while attending school — Park impressed his new offensive coordinator on his first day of practice in fall camp.
“He could rip it,” Manning said.
A man with that hair cannot help but rip it, sir.
