Green Bay Packers Defense Shutting Out Mark Sanchez And The Jets

With under four minutes to go, the Green Bay Packers defense has held the New York Jets off the scoreboard. This is pretty surprising, and not only because the Jets have home field advantage here. The Jets entered this game ranked fourth in the NFL in points per game, while Green Bay's defense was ranked in the bottom half in scoring defense.

Though Jets QB Mark Sanchez has thrown for 236 yards, the Packers have also come up with two picks, two sacks, and a fumble recovery. Packers QB Aaron Rodgers hasn't fared much better against the Jets' D, with only 170 yards, but at least he hasn't thrown any picks.

Packers WR Greg Jennings and Jets WR Jerricho Cotchery have been the only other fantasy notables, with 81 and 69 yards respectively. Packers kicker Mason Crosby has been the only thing keeping this one from a 0-0 tie, with two field goals made. Windy weather seems to have played a role in Jets kicker Nick Folk's earlier miss.
