The Indianapolis Colts left Joseph Addai in Indiana when the team went to Cincinnati last week. Addai has an injured hamstring and it looked doubtful earlier in the week that he would play on Sunday night against the New Orleans Saints. He missed both Wednesday's and Thursday's practice before having a full practice on Friday. The team then listed him as questionable on the Friday injury report.
Addai, like the Colts, has struggled this season. Against the Steelers on Sept. 25, Addai had his best game with 17 carries for 86 yards and one touchdown. However, Donald Brown and Delone Carter have also received their share of carries this season. With Addai likely to start, Brown and Carter take a step down. But Addai might not get many hand offs if the Colts go down early. Drew Brees will surely be throwing all over the field.
