Mohamed Massaquoi Injury Update: Browns WR Suffers Concussion

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi left Sunday's win over the Seahawks late in the second quarter with what has been diagnosed as a concussion. Massaquoi was targeted twice in the game and had one reception for 15 yards before leaving with the concussion. He will need to pass a battery of tests this week before he will be allowed back on the field for practice and the game.

The injury comes at a bad time for Massaquoi as he has been fending off rookie receiver Greg Little for targets. Little finished Sunday's game with five catches on seven targets. The Browns offense is struggling mightily at the moment so neither is a particularly great fantasy option. However, if Massaquoi is unable to play next week at San Francisco, Little might be a decent option. The Browns will likely come in as sizable underdogs and Little would face a tough matchup against an improving 49ers secondary. If you need the bye week play, go with it, but if you have other options, they might be best.
