Trent Richardson 'looking good' in Friday practice, fantasy value trending up

Trent Richardson is getting a full practice in on Friday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brian Spurlock-US PRESSWIRE

Cleveland Browns RB Trent Richardson (ribs) appears to be getting a full practice on Friday. Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that Richardson is "looking good" and "getting plenty of reps". He remains on track to play Sunday against the San Diego Chargers. Richardson was benched in Week 7 after it was feared he aggravated his rib injury.

The team was initially discussing shutting him down until after the Week 10 bye, but he's recovering much faster than expected. He has 348 rushing yards and five TDs on the season.

Fantasy Impact: Richardson has been all sorts of banged up in his rookie year, but when he's on, he's promising enough to remind everyone why he was drafted No. 3.

The Browns will probably limit his workload again, but keep locking him in as a RB2 this week.
