Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew rushed 21 times for 71 yards and a touchdown in the Week 6 loss to the Denver Broncos. Jones-Drew has now strung together a series of decent games and is showing signs of life. He isn't a factor in the passing game but he does get the bulk of the carries from the backfield and remains the staple at running back. On the year, Jones-Drew has rushed for 279 yards on 95 carries and two touchdowns.

Fantasy impact: Jones-Drew is showing signs of fantasy life but it is still difficult to trust his stats right now. He will continue to get the bulk of the carries and his yards per carry average has actually been decent the past two games. He also found the end zone Sunday and remains the workhorse back for the Jaguars. He has only found the end zone twice this year however and has yet to put up a 100 yard rushing game. He is still a good fill in option for an injury or bye week replacement. The Jaguars will face the San Diego Chargers in Week 7.
