Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 16: Doug Baldwin emerging as quality WR3

Doug Baldwin has had a good run recently, emerging as one of Russell Wilson's favorite targets. He will have a tough matchup against the Cardinals in Week 16, however.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin started the year off of the fantasy radar, being relegated to a situational role in the offense. He's seen more targets down the stretch, though, and seems to have emerged as Russell Wilson's new No. 1 weapon.

Baldwin has 49 catches for 770 yards and five touchdowns on the season, close to breaking his previous career mark for receptions and yards. He's been aces in the red zone lately, scoring a touchdown in three of the last four games. Baldwin is playing the majority of offensive snaps with Percy Harvin still out with an injury.

Fantasy impact: The Seahawks the Arizona Cardinals this week. Golden Tate will probably draw Patrick Peterson in coverage, making Baldwin another good bet to lead the team in targets. He's worth playing as a WR3 in standard leagues for the championship week, but it still won't be an easy matchup. The Cardinals held him to one catch for 14 yards in Week 7.
