Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor entered the regular season as the starter. He got off to a hot start to the season, but tailed off towards the end as a knee injury sapped his mobility. Pryor was eventually benched for undrafted rookie Matt McGloin, who would go on to start six games, while Pryor was relegated to wildcat packages.
With the 4-11 Raiders closing out the season, they named Pryor the starter again for the regular season finale against the Denver Broncos. The organization is still publicly committed to McGloin, indicating that Pryor could be playing for a roster spot in 2014.
Fantasy impact: The move raised the ire of Pryor's agent, who claimed that coach Dennis Allen wants to see him fail. That's probably a non-issue, but Pryor does have a decent matchup against a Broncos defense that lost Von Miller for the year and will probably be resting starters. He has QB2 upside in fantasy leagues that play into Week 17.
