The Week 17 game between the Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders should end up as one-sided as it appears. We've got all the fantasy projections for you courtesy of numberFire.
Denver Broncos
After breaking Tom Brady's record for touchdowns in a single season by throwing his 51st of the season last week against the Houston Texans, Peyton Manning will get the chance to break another record this week. He needs 265 passing yards against the Raiders to break the record for passing yards in a season, a mark currently held by New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees. It remains to be seen whether Manning will play a full four quarters on Sunday but if he does, he'll be a good bet for some nice fantasy numbers.
With Wes Welker (concussion) already ruled out this week, Manning will be looking to Demaryius Thomas. Thomas is the most gifted receiver on the team, and he runs routes just the way Manning likes them. He should be a fantasy owner's delight this week.
Oakland Raiders
Few would have thought Rashad Jennings would be leading the team's rushing attack going into the last game of the season, but injuries to Darren McFadden and solid play from Jennings have created that scenario. That said, McFadden stole a touchdown from Jennings last week and the two could split carries this week making neither a surefire starter.
In the receiving game, Denarius Moore only managed three catches for 17 yards last week. He's cooled off a bit lately and struggled with injuries. The Broncos have little to play for this week though, so Moore could put up some meaningless numbers in a meaningless game that actually have a huge impact on his fantasy owners.
