Oakland Raiders running back Rashad Jennings was a participant in practice on Thursday. It's the second straight day he has been able to practice.
The practice sessions indicate that Jennings will be good to go for Sunday's game against the New York Jets. He suffered a concussion in last week's Thanksgiving loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Jennings has had 10 days to rest and should be just fine for Week 14. Jennings has rushed for 588 yards and four touchdowns on 126 carries this season, replacing Darren McFadden as the starter.
Fantasy impact: McFadden has an ankle injury and won't play, so Jennings figures to get another heavy workload. The Jets have one of the best run defenses in the league, making this a tough matchup for fantasy owners. Consider Jennings a low-end RB2 for this week. Things won't get any easier in Week 15, when he faces a Chiefs defense that could get Justin Houston back.
